Farmer's Market
Nicknamed the Garden State, New Jersey lets visitors sample farm fresh crops. West Orange continues the tradition of supporting locally grown produce with the West Orange Farmer's Market (downtownwestorange.org). Open every Friday from July through October, the Farmer's Market operates in the parking lot behind West Orange Town Hall. Visitors will find seasonal produce from two local farmers, along with foods sold by other local vendors. Specialty foods sold at the market include dried fruits, nuts and gourmet pickles.
